We had a corner room on the 19th floor with a great view and plenty of room. My husband and I booked at the last minute and were able to secure a Director's Suite for a Friday/Saturday at an awesome price. AND another important thing the hotel does not tell you - as a GUEST paying top dollar to stay there - if you want to use the Fitness Facility and their gorgeous indoor pool and jacuzzi - you have to pay an EXTRA $25.00!!!! I've been to MANY upscale hotels and have never had to pay extra to use their pool and fitness facility.
MGM hotel prices are outrageously to high for what you get.
if I had known that I would have just stayed at Foxwoods for a lower price and more convenient casino use, restaurants and bars. To get full maximum of the casino, slot machines, table. there is only one 'small' area at the MGM Grand Hotel - they do not specify how small their casino is in their advertisements.
way overpriced!!!!! And if you are going for the slot machines. I don't feel like it was worth it at all! The rooms were regular rooms - nothing spectacular. We stayed at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods - for the price we paid.
